more news . . . FULL PUBLICATION is a new website with a heavy emphasis on local and alternative music that launches this month. The site has been set up partly as a result of a recent Nightshift debate about students’ contribution to the local music scene. Full Publication is run by local University students who feel that students could do more to get involved in and support local bands and venues. A launch gig for the site will be held at the Bullingdon Arms on Thursday the 8th of June with a headline set from post-rock experimenters Billy Mahonie. They will be supported by Mo-Ho-Bish-O-Pi and local rockers Silverback.
